Hoi An, Vietnam - Palate Delights


Braised duck, served with broccoli, carrots and a hearty sauce - one of the best duck based creations that I have tasted.


Bean and sweet potato based biscuit made over charcoal grill with coconut flavours.


The Street Cafe, where disadvantaged youngsters are taught skills and provided food business training.



Curry served in a  fresh coconut with steamed jasmine rice.



Lemon grass flavoured creme brule.




The Morning Glory vegetable, stir fried with garlic and other garnishing in the mix.
